What's the age range for kids to use Kidz
Karts?
Kidz Karts are designed for kids ages 4 to 10 with maximum weight of 100
lbs. and maximum height of 52".
Do the kids really get to drive the karts
themselves?
Yes,
that's what is so special about Kidz Karts - kids ages 4 and up (to the
maximum weight of 100 pounds) can drive these karts by themselves
without an adult. Hand operated controls eliminate
the “can’t reach
the pedals” problem. Karts are electric powered with great brakes and
safety
features, including remote control shut down. These electric karts
don't have the noise and smell of traditional go karts. They are
environmentally friendly and can be run either indoors or out.
How safe are Kidz Karts?
Each event
is supervised by our Kidz Karts crew who are trained in the use of and
all safety aspects of the Kidz Karts. Children are briefed on how to
use the karts, then securely strapped in using a 3-point harness
system. Karts are driven to a top speed of 3 mph within an inflated
track
that safely contains the karts.
For most
youngsters
driving a Kidz Kart will be easy. Some kids may need
a little more time to feel comfortable and confident. The Kidz Kart
Crew are aware of this and will look after each child accordingly.
Every one of our karts has been inspected and licensed and meets ASTM
and NARSO standards. Kidz Karts is fully insured in all 50 states.
Where do you set up Kidz Karts?
The Kidz Karts track is 60' X 50'(about the size of a basketball court)
or we have a smaller track 45' X 30'. It can be set up outdoors in your
yard, cul-de-sac, parking lot or indoors. Check with your school,
church, community center or local business about using a gymnasium,
auditorium or warehouse. Let us know if
your party will be in a park or other venue so we can work out the
details in
advance.
What about weather?
Unless you have an indoor or covered venue, you'll probably want to wait
for dry weather. It's no fun to drive in the rain! If you reserve
your event outdoors and we have to cancel due to weather, we can
reschedule or refund your deposit.
How do I reserve the date for my Kidz
Karts party?

contact us and we'll schedule your event. A deposit of $100 will
hold your date for
you. This deposit is non-refundable unless the party is cancelled due
to weather.
